Rainbow Chard and Bacon Flatbread



  1. 1 of 3 Remove stems from rainbow chard and slice into 1/2-inch pieces; roughly chop leaves.
  2. 2 of 3 In a saute pan, heat oil over medium-high heat; add stems and saute 4 minutes. Stir in leaves and garlic; cook another 4 minutes, until tender. Season with salt.
  3. 3 of 3 Scatter on a Stonefire garlic naan, along with bacon and Fontina cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, until Fontina is melted.
