  1. 1 of 1 In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, shredded red cabbage, carrot matchsticks and sliced scallion. Stir in mayonnaise, cider vinegar, skim milk, sugar and celery seeds. Toss lemon juice with apple matchsticks; add to slaw. Refrigerate, covered, for 2 hours before serving.
