  1. 1 of 1 In broiler, toast rye 3 inches from heat for 2 min. Flip and top each slice with 1 tbsp dressing (or Spicy Remoulade) and 3/4 oz thin-sliced deli corned beef (about 4 slices). Divide sauerkraut among toasts. Top each with 1 slice Swiss cheese. Broil 5 min, until browned. Serve with carrot and celery sticks, if desired.
