  1. 1 of 3 Heat oven to 400 degrees . Cut 1 head cauliflower into florets.
  2. 2 of 3 Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
  3. 3 of 3 Roast at 400 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until browned. Cool, place in a resealable container and refrigerate.
