Roasted Vegetable, Crumbled Sausage and Fresh Ricotta Pizza
- 1 of 1 Heat oven to 450 degrees . On a large rimmed greased baking sheet, place butternut squash, zucchini and quartered shallots. Toss with olive oil, salt and black pepper. Roast 15 minutes. Stir and top with crumbled fresh sausage. Roast 15 more minutes. On a floured surface, roll out room temperature pizza dough into a rectangle and fit into a greased 18 x 12-inch rimmed baking pan. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and top with veggies and sausage. Dollop ricotta over vegetables. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until crust is golden.
