Field Greens with Blue Cheese

Whisk mustard, honey and salt in small bowl. Whisk in vinegar, then oil. Add to greens; toss. Sprinkle with nuts.
Mesclun is a special mixture of baby greens found at farmers markets and many supermarkets. You may substitute your own selection of greens.
