Flank Steak Salad
- 1 of 1 Combine minced garlic, orange juice, balsamic vinegar and cumin for sauce. Set aside half. Marinate flank steak in remaining sauce for several hours in the fridge, then grill 6 minutes per side. Slice; toss with salad greens, cucumber, sliced, small tomatoes and remaining sauce.
