Homemade Caesar Salad
- 1 of 1 Combine cottage cheese, buttermilk, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy, Parmesan, mustard, salt and pepper in blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Refrigerate to chill.
- 1 of 1 Toss together lettuce, 3/4 cup dressing and cheese in large bowl. Divide evenly among 6 salad plates. Garnish with sliced green onion. Reserve remaining dressing for other salads.
