Salted Caramel Pecan Pie

In a bowl, whisk corn syrup, caramel sauce, sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt. Stir in chopped pecans. Carefully pour pecan mixture into crust; scatter pecan halves evenly over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes to 1 hour, covering crust with foil if browning too quickly. Cool at least 2 hours, then refrigerate until serving. Garnish with whipped cream, if using.
