Sambal Pork and Green Beans
- 1 of 1 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Add pork; stir-fry 5 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Add 1 tbsp oil, onion, beans and pepper to skillet. Stir-fry 6 minutes, adding 2 to 3 tbsp water if needed. Combine broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, sambal oelek and ginger. Add pork back to skillet along with broth mixture. Simmer 1 minute, until thickened. Serve with noodles.
