- 1 of 2 Heat a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high. Crumble in sausage and cook 5 minutes, breaking pieces apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- 2 of 2 Spread 3 tbsp pizza sauce on each crust. Divide mozzarella slices among crusts and top with sausage and cherry tomato slices. Return pizzas to grill, cover and cook 2 minutes. Remove from grill, add basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
