Sautéed Pork and Apples

  1. 1 of 1 Heat butter in a large stainless skillet over high. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Add to skillet; cook 8 min, turning once. Transfer pork to a baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 7 min. Meanwhile, add apples to skillet. Saute 5 min on med-high. While apples cook, whisk cider, vinegar, mustard and cornstarch. Add to skillet along with 1/2 tsp salt. Bring to a boil; cook 2 min. Place pork on a platter and top with apples and sauce. Serve with mashed cauliflower, if desired.
