Scallops fra Diavolo
- 1 of 3 Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2 of 3 Stir in tomatoes, sugar, oregano, red pepper flakes and salt. Bring to a simmer. Add scallops and cook 5 minutes, turning once. Stir in peas and heat through.
- 3 of 3 Cook pasta following package directions, 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and place in a large serving bowl and toss with the scallops and sauce. Toss in the torn basil and serve immediately.
