Flounder with Cheese
- 1 of 1 Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Fold flounder fillets crosswise in half; put on greased pan. Mix mayonnaise, grated Parmesan; spread 1-1/2 tablespoons over each fillet. Bake 16 minutes. Cook fast-cook long-grain-and-wild rice; use 1 spice packet, no butter; cook with zucchini, halved lengthwise, sliced crosswise 1/4 inch thick.
