Shrimp 'n' Sausage Skewers

  1. 1 of 4 Soak skewers in warm water for about 30 minutes.
  2. 2 of 4 For dipping sauce, in small saucepan, heat jam, the water and mustard, stirring.
  3. 3 of 4 Heat oven to broil. Place 1 slice chorizo in center of a shrimp; slide skewer through both shrimp and chorizo. Place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining skewers.
  4. 4 of 4 Broil 2 minutes per side, until shrimps are cooked. Serve with dipping sauce.
