Shrimp Scampi

  1. 1 of 2 Heat butter and oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. When butter starts to brown, add garlic. Reduce heat; cook 1 minute, stirring to prevent garlic from overbrowning.
  2. 2 of 2 Add shrimp; cook 2 minutes, stirring from time to time. Add wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper; cook 2 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Stir in bread crumbs and parsley. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
