  1. 1 of 2 Grill salmon until done (flakes with fork and is opaque).
  2. 2 of 2 Meanwhile, in small bowl combine tomato, basil, garlic, canola oil, vinegar, hot red-pepper sauce, cumin, salt and pepper. Serve salsa over fish. Makes 1 serving.
