Tilapia in Wine Sauce

  1. 1 of 3 Place tilapia fillets in a greased baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 of 3 Combine tomatoes, white wine, chopped mint and capers; spoon over fillets.
  3. 3 of 3 Bake at 450 degrees F for 20 minutes. Remove fillets; whisk butter into pan juices and spoon over fillets.
