Stir in reduced-sodium chicken broth; bring to a simmer and cook, covered, 15 minutes. Stir in peeled, chopped apple and chopped cilantro. Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high. Season bone-in pork chops with 1 tsp curry powder, cumin, 3/4 tsp salt and black pepper. Sauté chops about 3 minutes per side for medium.
