Sesame Mustard Greens and Shiitake Mushrooms

  1. 1 of 3 In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium- high heat. Add mushrooms; saute 7 minutes.
  2. 2 of 3 Add mustard greens, 1/4 cup water and another 1 tbsp oil; saute 3 more minutes.
  3. 3 of 3 Stir in sesame seeds, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, salt and black pepper.
