Directions

  1. 1 of 1 Combine 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 finely chopped scallion, 2 tbsp each packed brown sugar and mirin rice wine, 1 tbsp dark sesame oil, 2 chopped cloves garlic, 1/2 tsp ground ginger and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl until well blended. Marinate food in fridge for 1 to 3 hours.
