  • Heat oven to 450°. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Place chicken pieces, potatoes, peppers, onion and garlic on prepared pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, Italian seasoning and pepper.

  • Bake at 450° for 30 minutes (stir vegetables after 20 minutes) or until chicken reaches 165° and vegetables are tender.

  • To serve, sprinkle basil on top and squeeze with lemon wedges.
