Sheet Pan Smoked Paprika Salmon
- 1 of 1 Heat oven to 450 degrees . Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Toss fingerling potatoes, trimmed Brussels sprouts, carrots, and shallots with olive oil. Season with 1/2 tsp salt and pepper. Bake 30 minutes, turning once. Season salmon fillets with smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp salt and black pepper. Add to baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.
