Heat at 350 degrees for 10 minutes





  1. 1 of 5 Wrap pitas in foil and warm in 350 degrees oven while cooking shrimp.
  2. 2 of 5 Make a dressing: Combine yogurt, oil, vinegar, 1/8 tsp pepper and the salt in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. 3 of 5 In a medium bowl, toss shrimp with 3 tbsp dressing. In a second bowl, toss spinach with 1/4 cup dressing.
  4. 4 of 5 Heat a grill pan or large cast-iron skillet over medium-high. Add shrimp and cook 1 to 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes more, until cooked through. Remove to a clean bowl and toss with remaining dressing.
  5. 5 of 5 Spread hummus on warm pitas. Top with spinach and shrimp. Sprinkle with 1/8 tsp pepper.
