  1. 1 of 1 In a small bowl, whisk 1/4 cup each extra-virgin olive oil and white balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp honey, 3/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Trim and quarter 2 lbs Brussels sprouts. Toss half the dressing with the Brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup pine nuts and roast another 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from oven and toss hot Brussels sprouts with remaining dressing, 1/2 cup golden raisins and 2 tbsp capers. Serve immediately.
