• Heat butter in a large stainless skillet over high. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add to pan and cook 4 min, until browned on bottom. Flip and add tomatoes and garlic to pan. Cover, reduce heat and cook over med-high for 10 min. Uncover and remove chicken to a platter; tent with foil. Add 1/4 tsp salt to skillet and simmer sauce 5 min, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in basil mozzarella pearls. Pour sauce over chicken.
