  1. 1 of 2 Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Place pork in slow cooker with peppers, onions, garlic, chili powder, oregano and broth. Cover; cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 1/2 hours.
  2. 2 of 2 Stir together salsa, cornmeal and cilantro. Remove cover and stir in salsa mixture and hominy. Cook an additional 15 minutes or until thickened and warmed through.
