All-Bean Chili Dinner

Makes 3



  1. 1 of 3 In a nonstick skillet, saute onion, green pepper and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2 of 3 Add cumin, chili powder and oregano; cook 1 minute. Add beans, water and salt, and cook another 15 minutes.
  3. 3 of 3 Serve garnished with cilantro.
