  1. 1 of 1 Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the rice and cook, stirring, until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Add broth, celery, pepper, onion and soy, then cook over medium heat until the rice soaks up liquid. Stir in the scrambled eggs, peas and place in a serving dish. Garnish with the green onions.
