  1. 1 of 4 Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add sausage, onion, sweet pepper and celery; cook 8 minutes, breaking up sausage with wooden spoon.
  2. 2 of 4 Add garlic, tomatoes, broth, salt, paprika, black pepper and cayenne. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
  3. 3 of 4 Add shrimp; cook, covered, 4 minutes, until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  4. 4 of 4 Remove from heat. Stir in rice. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
