  1. 1 of 1 Combine cucumber, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and green pepper in large bowl. Stir together juice, broth, vinegar, oregano, basil, pepper sauce, salt and black pepper. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate, covered, for several hours or overnight. Makes 4 servings.
