The basil mayo created for these burgers tasted so good that we started spreading it on everything.




  • Heat grill or grill pan to med-high. In a small bowl, whisk chopped basil with mayo and 1/4 cup of the Parm. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, 1/3 cup basil mayo, remaining 1/4 cup Parm and salt and pepper. Grill bread for 1 min per side. Oil grill grate. With wet hands, shape turkey mixture into 6 patties. Grill 12 min, turning once. Divide remaining basil mayo among bread slices; cut each slice in half. Stack burgers and arugula on bread.
