• Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add greens and onion; cook 2 minutes. Pour in water; cook 10 minutes. Stir in vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Combine paprika, mustard, garlic, onion powder, pepper, coriander and salt.

  • Brush 1 tbsp oil on chops, then rub on spice mixture. Grill over medium-high until cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Serve over greens with a side of roasted sweet potato wedges.
