  1. 1 of 1 Heat oven to 350 degrees . In a large skillet, cook spinach and scallion in olive oil 4 minutes. Stir in onion and garlic powder. In a large bowl, combine spinach mixture with feta and lightly beaten eggs. Spoon mixture into shells. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
