  • Drain broth from Chicken Ramen and toss leftover chicken, veg and noodles with sriracha mayo to taste. Add a splash of vinegar and season with the ramen seasoning packet to taste. Pack clean lettuce separately, and fill with chicken salad when you're ready to eat.
