Spicy Red Rub

  1. 1 of 1 In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine 3 tbsp each smoked paprika and toasted and ground cumin seeds, 2 tbsp each kosher salt and sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp toasted and ground whole cloves, 1 tbsp each cayenne pepper and toasted and ground mustard seeds. Stir with a spoon to mix thoroughly. Rub will keep, tightly covered, for up to 3 months.
