Slow Cook on HIGH for 5 hours or LOW for 10 hours



  1. 1 of 4 Season meat with garlic-pepper seasoning and place in slow cooker. Add dried fruit, 1/2 cup water and chipotle.
  2. 2 of 4 Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 hours or LOW for 10 hours. Transfer meat and fruit to a serving platter; thinly slice meat. Keep meat and fruit warm.
  3. 3 of 4 Pour cooking liquid into a bowl and skim off fat. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 tbsp water and cornstarch. Add cooking liquid and simmer over medium heat until thickened, about 3 minutes.
  4. 4 of 4 Serve meat and fruit with sauce. Garnish with cilantro, if using.
