Directions

  1. 1 of 1 Whisk 1/4 cup walnut oil, 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 2 tsp molasses and 1/4 tsp each salt and black pepper. In a large bowl, combine 1 pkg (12 oz) baby spinach, 16 pitted, sliced dates, 3 cored and sliced Gala apples and 1/3 cup toasted coarsely chopped walnuts. Toss with dressing just before serving.
