Sriracha-Glazed Shrimp with Snow Pea Salad
- 1 of 1 Cook peas in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain. Combine peas, rice, pepper, soy sauce, lime juice and oil. Refrigerate until serving. Double-skewer shrimp using wood picks. Combine honey and sriracha. Brush over shrimp and broil 2 minutes; turn, brush with more honey mixture and broil 2 minutes. Serve with snow pea salad and additional soy sauce, if desired.
