  1. 1 of 2 In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes. Add steak, chili powder, cumin and salt and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
  2. 2 of 2 Let everyone assemble their own tacos using lettuce leaves, seasoned steak, sour cream, cilantro and hot sauce (if using). Serve with rice and beans.
