  1. 1 of 4 Cook wheat berries as per package directions (15 minutes) with 1/2 tsp of the salt. Drain.
  2. 2 of 4 Meanwhile, season steak with 1/4 tsp of the salt and the pepper. Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a large stainless skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak; cook 5 minutes. Flip; cook 6 more minutes or to desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes.
  3. 3 of 4 Reduce heat to medium. Add tomatoes and cook 3 minutes. Whisk in vinegar, remaining 1 tbsp oil, the mustard and 1/4 tsp of the salt. Remove from heat.
  4. 4 of 4 In a very large bowl, toss spinach, wheat berries, apple, dressing from pan and remaining 1/4 tsp salt. Slice steak and serve over salad.
