  1. 1 of 2 Bring chicken broth to a simmer in a large saucepan. Add carrots and one can of the beans; mash second can of beans and add to saucepan.
  2. 2 of 2 Stir in turkey and Italian seasoning. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan and parsley. Serve with crusty bread, if desired.
