  • Whisk coconut milk, honey and lemon juice. Stir in 8 oz strawberries. Spoon into 2 ice cube trays and freeze overnight. Pulse frozen cubes in a food processor until crushed. Spoon into small bowls and serve with more sliced strawberries and a dollop of yogurt.
