  1. 1 of 3 In a blender, combine 1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed orange juice, 3 medium ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped, 3/4 cup plain or vanilla-flavored yogurt and 2 cups frozen strawberries. Blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
