• Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. In a medium bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Drizzle with 1 tbsp lime juice and the olive oil. Season with 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper.

  • Mix 1/8 tsp each salt and pepper with the chile powder and cumin. Rub on chicken and steak. Drizzle with 1 tbsp lime juice.

  • Grill pepper planks and chicken for 12 to 15 minutes and steak for 8 to 10 minutes, turning halfway through. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly char tortillas on grill. Slice pepper, chicken and steak into strips and arrange on a platter. Serve with warm tortillas, pineapple salsa, avocado, radishes, queso fresco, cilantro, lime wedges and hot sauce for make-your-own tacos.
