Stuffed Chocolate-Caramel Brownies
- 1 of 4 Heat oven to 350 degrees . Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with foil, then coat with nonstick cooking spray. Slice each Twix bar in half crosswise (there are 2 bars per pkg, for a total of 12 halves).
- 2 of 4 In a bowl, whisk flour and next 3 ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine butter and next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined.
- 3 of 4 Pour batter into baking dish, spreading into an even layer. Press 9 Twix halves into batter, evenly spaced so that every brownie will get a half. Spread batter over Twix with a spatula. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 4 of 4 Cool 20 minutes. Chop 3 Twix halves and scatter over brownies. Drizzle with caramel sauce and cut into squares.
