  • Combine first 5 ingredients. In a large nonstick pan over med-high, heat veg oil. Add cauliflower and 1/4 tsp salt; cook 5 min. Add celery, bell pepper and remaining 1/4 tsp salt; cook 7 min. Stir in ketchup mixture. In a small bowl, stir cornstarch and 1 tbsp water. Increase heat to high, add cornstarch slurry and stir well. Cook until thickened, 3 to 5 min. Garnish with celery leaves.
