Sweet Potato Bread Pudding

In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and next 5 ingredients. Whisk in half-and-half and sweet potato puree. Stir in pecans and cubed bread, blending thoroughly. Cover surface with plastic wrap and place a heavy bowl on top. Let soak 40 minutes, stirring halfway.
In a food processor, pulse torn bread until small crumbs form. Sprinkle into bottom of prepared baking dish.
Pour filling into baking dish. Bake 55 minutes, until just firm. Transfer to a rack and cool 15 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar; slice into squares and serve warm.
Tote Tip: Cover with foil and tote right in the pan. Pop this in the oven to warm once the turkey is on the table. Dust with sugar and serve.
