  • Heat grill to medium-high. Lightly coat grates with oil.

Fish and Potatoes

  • Bring a medium pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook 8 minutes. Drain and rinse until cool. Place in a large bowl with fish.

Vinaigrette

  • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients. While whisking, add oil in a thin stream.

  • Add 1/4 cup vinaigrette to potatoes and fish. Thread fish and potatoes onto 4 metal skewers, alternating pieces.

  • Grill over medium-high for 8 minutes, turning frequently. Drizzle with some of the remaining vinaigrette and serve.
