Teriyaki Green Beans and Cashews

  1. 1 of 1 Heat canola oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add green beans and saute 6 minutes. Add scallions, cut into 1-inch pieces; cook 6 more minutes. Stir in cashews, reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce and sesame oil. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.

Make it a Meal

  1. 1 of 1 Toss 1/2 lb 1/2-inch firm tofu cubes with 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce. Saute in 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 minutes per side. Toss with green beans.
